Frequently asked
AI coaching requires an iPhone with Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 or later) with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. On other devices, everything else — planning, logging, progress — works fully; the AI surfaces hide themselves.
Does the app work offline?Yes, entirely — including the AI coach. Exercise photos need one online view to cache; after that they're available offline.
Where is my data?On your iPhone, and — if you signed in with Apple — in your own private iCloud. See the privacy policy for the complete picture.
How do I move to a new iPhone?Sign in with Apple on the new phone during setup and choose the restore option — your plan and history come down from your iCloud. Always update the app in place rather than deleting it.
How do I export or delete my data?Account → Export data gives you a JSON copy. Account → Delete account erases everything, including the iCloud backup.
Is dumbbell weight per hand or total?Per hand. For moves with a dumbbell in each hand, enter the weight of ONE dumbbell — the field says "each". One-arm moves and single-dumbbell moves (goblet squats, pullovers, overhead extensions) are simply the dumbbell's weight. Volume stats account for both hands automatically.
Why does a weight suggestion look rounded?Suggestions snap to your increment setting and the plates you own (Profile → Equipment). Weights are computed by transparent rules from your history — the AI never invents numbers.
The rest timer on the Lock Screen hit 0:00 but didn't update.Known iOS limitation when rest expires while the app is backgrounded — the countdown is correct when you return to the app or unlock. The +30s and Skip buttons always act on your real timer.
